Service Description
50 Mins mindful movements to help relieve stiff backs, shoulders and necks from all the extra load! We'll move through a series of postures to help regain strength and do our best to breathe and relax with our babies joining in too. Babies can try out some gentle guided stretches too to help coordination, sleep and digestion. Open to Mums after their 6 week check up until they're crawling. A little wriggling rolling and starting to move is fine but probably not if they're moving fast and exploring further - for everyone's safety and ease. Bring a blanket, toy or anything that they love. There is a toilet but no dedicated changing room, it is lovely and warm and space for buggies. Feel free to feed change cuddle as needed they may cry and that's ok, Sue will often take your baby to give you a break and they have been known to fall asleep in class, they definitely sleep well afterwards!
